It's spring and that means we are out on the roads - a lot. Kora is playing soccer and doing Girls On The Run which is an after school running group. Recently I made Nutella Swirled Pancake Mini Muffins and they were delicious and a big hit around here. I liked them so much I was inspired to make other mini pancake muffins.
