My Favorite Features Of The Hyundai Santa Fe Limited

It’s spring and that means we are out on the roads – a lot. Kora is playing soccer and doing Girls On The Run which is an after school running group. Logan is playing lacrosse and also playing soccer. Kora has soccer practice once a week and games on the weekends and runs twice a week. Logan has soccer practice twice a week with games on the weekends and he has lacrosse practice three times a week with games scattered throughout the week.

Whew! Between all those practices and games and daily errands we have spent a lot of time in the car. That’s why we were excited to be given the chance to test drive for a week the Hyundai Santa Fe Limited.

Hyundai Santa Fe LimitedAnd what a week it was – the Santa Fe Limited is pure luxury!

Hyundai Santa Fe FrontAfter driving it for a day or two we saw that it was selected as one of the Best Cars For The Money by U.S. News and we could see why.

Hyundai Santa Fe RearDave commented multiple times while we had the Santa Fe about how nice it was. When you are inside you feel like your in a luxury car and the great news is it’s much more affordable.

Here’s a video to give you a closer look at some of our favorite things including can’t miss tech features:

As for space the Santa Fe has lots of it. It has 3 rows which makes it easy for us to get around town with our nieces. And when the second and third row are folded flat there is 80 cu. ft of maximum cargo space. We had a big donation run to do and were impressed with how much room there was.

Hyundai Santa Fe Cargo Space

Hyundai Santa Fe Cargo Space Close UpWe were so pleased we thought we’d put it to the test. We purchased a bunk bed with full size bottom mattress. We were thinking we’d have to make two trips.

Instead were amazed to see it fit with space to spare. We couldn’t believe it! I really wish we had a picture of it but it was nighttime and too dark. It was incredible how much we got in there and it really made our lives so much easier not having to make multiple trips.

Hyundai Santa Fe Limited ReviewEven though the Santa Fe is so spacious inside I was happy it didn’t feel gigantic to drive. It does feel a bit wider to me than the vehicles we have now but I got used to it quickly and it was no problem.

I was pleased with how smooth the ride is too. I had a couple of longer trips to take which were a half hour of straight driving or more and it was a very comfortable ride. I loved all of the safety features as well especially the rearview camera, rear cross traffic alert, lane change assist, blindspot detection and more. They gave us a peace of mind during our longer drives and our daily errands.

And that panoramic sunroof, incredible! I would drive with that open all summer long!

The kids really appreciated the 2nd row vents and the 3rd row climate control options. There was no yelling, “I’m too hot!” or “Can you turn the air up higher it’s hot back here!” We were all able to drive around comfortably and really appreciated these features. In the winter the heated 2nd row seats and heated steering wheel would be a big hit as well.

We are going to sincerely miss it now that it’s gone and we’ve put it at the top of our list when we go car shopping. We enjoyed our time with the Hyundai Santa Fe Limited and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a luxury vehicle at an affordable price.
