Over the weekend Dave, the kids, and I all went up to Michigan to run the SwampFoot 4 Mile with my sister and her kids. It was a big muddy mess and so much fun! TheraPearl Flexible Hot & Cold Packs Review
As a family we are pretty active. We are all always running around outside doing one sport or another and in fact we have a family mud run coming up soon.
