How Do You Reduce Lower Back Pain?

Back pain – 2 simple words on their own, but combined they make a powerful duo. So many people across the world suffer from back pain. It can be irritating, agonizing and every descriptive word in-between these 2 words. I have lower back pain, it’s always sore, sometimes it’s painful and slows me down and on occasion it is downright painful. Fortunately the bad days aren’t too often, but they make for some rough days when it does bother me. Do you need to reduce lower back pain too?

Reduce Lower Back Pain With Body Aline

Body Aline received.

I have had a chance to review a new product that focuses on eliminating back pain by strengthening, stretching and realigning your spine and surrounding muscles. Body Aline does all of these things, and I have had success in minimizing my back in just over a week of use.Reduce Lower Back Pain With Body Aline

Body Aline takes about 30 minutes to put together, it is very easy to assemble – just 6 bolts that need to be tightened and then a couple of pins. Most of that 30 minutes was spent unwrapping the pieces which were wrapped and very well protected. When the Body Aline machine is fully assembled, it looks like one of those old school ab rocking machines, but this unit actually works!

So the first day I tried the Body-Aline, my back was pretty sore. It was first thing in the morning and my body and back were tight from sleeping. The movement you do on the Body Aline feels like more of a stretch than an exercise/workout. It is a very simple movement – just make sure the roller and arm bars are lined up properly for your size.

The movement is actually pretty similar to that big morning yawn and stretch when you stretch your arms back and sit upright. The primary difference is the roller which keeps your spine in line during your stretch and there is (variable) resistance in place with the bands.

My first time using Body Aline, I did 2 sets of 12 reps with 1 resistance band, it was a very easy process. After I was done, I was amazed at how light my upper body felt. It was oddly comfortable, the pressure or the added weight on my spine seemed to disappear or lighten dramatically.Reduce Lower Back Pain With Body Aline

On the first day, this feeling lasted for about 45 minutes to an hour, then some light general soreness returned as I was sitting at my computer (and probably slouching again – even though I will deny that I slouch).

After working out on the Body Aline for a week, I bumped up the resistance and did it a couple of times each day. I noticed that it is more comfortable to actually sit up the correct way at my desk while working. The pain in my lower back has reduced to discomfort and not nearly as noticeable at it has been in the past.

I believe the Body Aline does help strengthen your muscles and also stretch out those muscles which aren’t stretched out as much as they should be. This does make your back feel better and I have also noticed that my back is not nearly as sore when I wake up in the morning.

After a short time of usage, I am very comfortable saying that Body Aline has helped reduce my lower back pain. I am very intrigued by how my back will feel after using this machine for a couple of weeks and then months.

The best part of Body Aline is the instant gratification, you feel good after using it for only a short time. It is similar to the good and refreshed feeling you get after seeing a masseuse or a chiropractor, but you can use Body Aline at your convenience with no need to make an appointment and travel to their office.Reduce Lower Back Pain With Body Aline

Body Aline is available with a Zero Risk Trial, if you don’t like it, send it back and Body Aline will pay for the return shipping. If you suffer from lower back pain, this is a risk free opportunity to see how it will improve how you feel. Check out their website for promos and more testimonials about why Body Aline will improve your lower back.Reduce Lower Back Pain With Body Aline

I am pretty certain that Body Aline will help you reduce lower back pain after just a couple of uses. After continued use is when I would love to hear about your long term results.  I am most excited about reducing my lower back pain and getting out and having more fun playing soccer and basketball with the kids this summer.

This is risk free – you have nothing to lose by trying it out, if it works for you, it will be well worth your investment, try it!

Sounds like a great device. I will have to tell my mother about it because she has to have injections that are painful..

Hey there! I’m Tesa, the mom behind 2 Wired 2 Tired. The blog got its name because we have two kids born a year apart and my husband, Dave, and I always joked that "the kids were too wired and we were too tired!" :)

Fast forward a bit—now the kids are off to college (how did that happened so fast!) and since 2009, I’ve been blogging through the chaos, coffee in hand, finding the best in family, travel, and tech—because honestly, who has time for bad gadgets and boring trips?

So, whether you're searching for family travel inspiration, tech gadgets, or tips to enhance family life, you're in the right place because the fun (and the coffee) is always brewing around here!
