Kora and Logan have hit the age where jokes and pranks are hysterical. A good one will have them talking about it and laughing the rest of the day. As a result, they are really looking forward to April Fool's Day. I've been looking for some fun ways to ring in April 1st and get them laughing and when an email from Nintendo landed in my inbox filled with funny Nintendo Themed April Fool's Pranks, I immediately added them to my list. This list couldn't have been a better fit for the kids. Kora ... continue reading...
Breakfast For Dinner Recipe: Sausage & Spaghetti Squash Casserole
I have to admit that I'm not much of a meal planner. Every now and then I'll look up recipes and make a shopping list but even when I do so, I only end up making one or two recipes on the list. Typically, right around dinner time I go stand in the kitchen and open and close the cupboards, the fridge, and the freezer for 5 minutes or so trying to figure out what I can put together that is quick, delicious, and filling. Often this results in many breakfast for dinner recipes - which, thankfully, ... continue reading...

One of my favorite lunch recipes is to buy a box of organic mac & cheese and stir in canned pumpkin. It's delicious and a healthy way to enjoy lunch.
