Little Link HD WiFi Video Baby Monitor Review & Giveaway

As an Amazon Associate/Influencer, I earn from qualifying purchases.

When Kora and Logan were babies we only had an audio baby monitor. We had a good one but often we found ourselves hearing a funny sound, going up to check on one of the kids, accidentally waking them up, and having to start the naptime or bedtime routine all over again.

Little Link Video Baby Monitor

Little Link HD WiFi Video Baby Monitor received and one provided for giveaway as well.

We always wanted a video baby monitor but they weren’t as available then. That’s why I’m excited about the LorexBaby to Little Link HD WiFi Video Baby Monitor.

The Little Link Video Baby Monitor is the first baby monitor of it’s kind. With HD image quality, wireless freedom, and easy portability it offers parents peace of mind conveniently. It has many wonderful features and here are a few of my favorites:

  • HD clarity and clear images from up to 10 feet away
  • Crystal Clear Night Vision
  • Built in WiFi which allows simple connection with your existing network
  • Streams 720p HD Video which you can watch on your smartphone or tablet anywhere in the world
  • Free Lorex Baby Link app for iOS and Android devices
  • Snap ‘n Share technology – take snapshot pictures or record video of important moments or events
  • A personal WiFi hotspot that allows remote access from a compatible mobile device
  • Rechargeable lithium ion battery allows monitor to work cordlessly for up to 3 hours
  • Two-way talk feature
  • Sound, motion, and room temperature alerts
  • Built-in nightlight and soothing sleep sounds that can be turned on or off manually or remotely

The Little Link Video Baby Monitor is amazing and I was impressed by the clarity it offers. We’ve reviewed a number of monitors over the years and this one offers the most clear and crisp picture at a distance of any we’ve tried.

Here’s a close up of Kora & Logan testing it out:

Little Link Video Baby Monitor Review

Here’s Yoshi showing off how it captures both close and far crisply:

Little Link Video Baby Monitor PictureAnd here are Kora, Logan, and Yoshi showing how it captures detail well from a distance. The monitor was across our living room and the kids were more than 15 feet away.

Little Link Video Baby Monitor Picture ClarityThe live streaming is wonderful and shows an incredibly amount of detail as you can see from the shots captured above. I like that you can take photos of the live stream with the click of a button and record videos too.

Little Link Video Baby Monitor Photo Capture

Little Link Video Baby Monitor Video CaptureHere’s a video I recorded of the kids through the Little Link app. You can see that the playback is just as crisp as the live stream and it captures audio well too.

You can even save those photos and videos to a microSD card right in the monitor. There’s a slot for it on the side.

Little Link Video Baby Monitor MicroSD SlotThis monitor is pretty easy to set up and only takes a few minutes to unbox, plug in, download the app, connect, and start streaming or recording. It’s also adjustable and can be tilted and turned in a variety of positions.

Little Link Video Baby Monitor AdjustableI really like that it has the lithium ion battery which allows you to unplug it and take it from room to room or on the go for up to 3 hours. That’s incredibly convenient and helpful especially because, as we all know, schedules with little ones can be unpredictable.

It’s also got sound and motion alerts. Whenever it picks up sound or motion it will send you a notification and you can check it out.

Little Link Video Baby Monitor Motion Detection NotificationYou can also easily adjust the sensitivity of the motion and sound alerts as well. There’s even a room temperature alert. This is great for those that have little ones with bedrooms on an upper or lower floor where the temperature may vary.

Little Link Video Baby Monitor SensitivityI also love the two-way talk feature. This would be wonderful for parents who want to console a crying baby on their way to their room. It also would be perfect for parents with toddler or older children who simply need to remind their little one that play time is over and it’s time to go to sleep.

It’s also nice that you can turn off the HD setting if your Wifi connection is spotty. This helps you get the best picture possible based on your connection.

Little Link Video Baby Monitor HDThe Crystal Clear Night Vision is also impressive. Here’s a photo I took of myself at nearly midnight. I was impressed that you can read my sweatshirt and see the details of the house behind me.

Little Link Night VisionThere’s even an option to play lullabies or soothing sleep sounds that you can turn on and off from the app.

Little Link Video Baby Monitor LullabysThe nightlight is a nice feature as well. It can be controlled manually or through the app.

Little Link Night LightI recommend the LorexBaby Little Link HD WiFi Video Baby Monitor to anyone looking for a fantastic video monitor. It would make a great baby shower gift or as an item on a registry. There are many wonderful features and the image detail is remarkable and gives you peace of mind as well as the ability to capture memorable moments and events.

That’s why I’m excited to offer the giveaway below.

I think Lorex owes you a steak dinner!!! I was debating the other night on a wireless camera system for the house (not for the baby room yet) but after reading this review, I hopped onto the Lorex website and purchased a full wireless camera system for outside my house. Now if I can just get the baby monitor, my life will be complete…..

My little one is no longer old enough to “need” this but our family would still love it. Fun chats while some of us are away, checking in on our darling kittens, and figuring out how the damned raccoon’s are getting into our garbage at night… it could become indispensable.

  21. BLAKE EAKER says

    May 21, 2014 at 2:35 am

I like the fact that it has a ton of technology features and seems really ease to setup and use. There’s no point to having a ton of features if you can’t figure out how to use them. Great Design!

I have dealt a ton with full camera surveillance systems in my job and we have a new born and I have been trying to figure out if I want a baby monitor or an actual system. After reviewing this post, I am definitely leaning more toward the baby monitor. Thank you for the information. In my job, we have always dealt with D-Link, Sony, Netgear, and Zmodo systems/cameras but after seeing this, maybe I’ll consider looking into Lorex Camera Systems, as I was never aware this company existed. Thanks again.
