Recently I wrote a post about how we are being overrun with zucchini. Our garden is doing well and we have more zucchini than we know what to do with. The good news is I've found lots of great recipes lately and have been enjoying giving them all a try. I'm not sure if my waistline agrees, but zucchini is a vegetable so no matter what it is in, it's got to be healthy right? I was excited about this easy and delicious recipe, it is delicious! After spending 4th of July weekend with them, we ventured ... continue reading...

We couldn't stop eating it and it was gone in minutes. Enjoy! Chop ... continue reading...
