Chagrin Falls Balloon Glow Recap in Photos and a Video
A few years ago we heard about the Chagrin Falls Balloon Glow. It's part of their Memorial Day weekend Blossom Time Festival and it sounded like a wonderful opportunity to see some hot air balloons up close.
