With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner it’s fun to spend time with the kids working on festive projects and making delicious holiday themed recipes. There are so many great ideas out there that I thought it would be fun to compile a collection of the best ideas that I’ve found while browsing some of my favorite blogs and a few found here on 2 Wired 2 Tired as well.

20 Creative & Cute St. Patrick's Day IdeasKora & Logan get excited about the littlest things and it really makes me appreciate everything in life. That’s why I know they would love to try out some of these crafts and recipes. They enjoy spending time in the kitchen baking and spending time at the dining room table working on crafts and projects.

This is a slower week for us. It’s the calm before the storm. Spring sports start up next week and there’s a chance that we could have practices and classes every night of the week and games on both Saturdays and Sundays. So this week I wanted to find the best St. Patrick’s Day ideas so we could work on some of them together. It will be lots of fun and I hope you enjoy them too!

I’m Tesa, the mom behind 2 Wired 2 Tired, a blog named after our two kids born a year apart, who my husband and I always said were too wired, leaving us too tired. :) Since 2009, I’ve shared tips on family, travel, and tech, with coffee always in hand. Now, as the kids head to college, 2 Wired 2 Tired continues as a place for family travel ideas, helpful gadgets, and insights on keeping family life fun and easy.

Great ideas – I’m definitely trying out the Thin Mint Milkshake. I usually just decorate some shamrock-themed cupcakes.

Thanks for all the ideas and recipes.

Hey there! I’m Tesa, the mom behind 2 Wired 2 Tired. The blog got its name because we have two kids born a year apart and my husband, Dave, and I always joked that "the kids were too wired and we were too tired!" :)

Fast forward a bit—now the kids are off to college (how did that happened so fast!) and since 2009, I’ve been blogging through the chaos, coffee in hand, finding the best in family, travel, and tech—because honestly, who has time for bad gadgets and boring trips?

So, whether you're searching for family travel inspiration, tech gadgets, or tips to enhance family life, you're in the right place because the fun (and the coffee) is always brewing around here!
