It’s holiday shopping season! I love shopping for family and friends and trying to find the perfect present for everyone. At the same time, it’s a busy time of year and I try to streamline everything as much as possible. I want to be able to get it all done and still have time to spend with my family.

That’s why I was thrilled when I heard about the new Sam’s Club Scan & Go App. In fact, when I read about everything it can do I was so excited that Dave and I went to Sam’s Club this past weekend for their One Day Only Event where we did a lot of holiday shopping!
The new Sam’s Club Scan & Go App helps you save time by letting you skip the traditional check out lane and pay for items directly from your phone as you shop, how amazing is that?!
iPhone and Android users can download the free app here. It includes a digital membership card.
Once inside your local Sam’s Club use the app to scan UPC codes on items in your cart.
When you are done shopping and ready to check out, you simply pay directly on your phone from anywhere inside Sam’s Club bypassing the registers all together.
On your way out show your receipt from your phone to an associate and then head on home to start wrapping all those gifts! So easy!
I have to admit that I felt a little odd walking right past the registers. At the same time, it was a busy Saturday with a sale event taking place, so not having to stand in line felt good!
If you are budget conscious, the Scan & Go app also allows you to easily track your spending and Instant Savings while you shop.
We had a great time doing our holiday shopping at Sam’s Club. We can always find the perfect gifts for family and friends there including holiday decor, gift baskets, gift cards, toys, tech, clothes, kitchen gadgets, and more.

While we were able to check off most of our holiday shopping list, I can’t wait to go back to use the Sam’s Club Scan & Go App to skip the lines again soon. The app is such a time saver and helps me keep an eye on my budget as well as keep up with Instant Savings that it’s one I can’t recommend enough this holiday season!
