How You Can Help Purina Donate To The Canine Health Foundation & Enter To Win A Purina Prize Pack

Thank you to Purina for sponsoring this post and sending a goodie basket for Yoshi. The honest opinions are my own.

It’s hard to believe that Yoshi is 3 years old already. When we got her from the shelter, she was just a little thing.

She grew and grew and grew. Nowadays she is a pretty big dog, but with an even bigger heart. She is gentle and loving. Her favorite thing to do is cuddle and give hugs. We are all so thankful that she is part of our family that when Purina wrote with information about #DogThanking, I was excited to share.

For every original social media post through November 27th tagging @Purina and using the hashtag #dogthanking, Purina will donate one dollar to the Canine Health Foundation, up to $50,000, to help further pet health research.

On top of that your photo or post could be shown during the National Dog Show presented by Purina on Thanksgiving Day (November 24th) on NBC.

The National Dog Show will crown one of America’s great dogs its 2016 champion. This is its 15th year bringing canine competition and entertainment to America’s viewers.

We decided to take a few minutes to have a photo shoot with Yoshi for #DogThanking and to share how thankful we are to have her in our lives.

Puring #DogThankingIt’s amazing how a dog can become such a big part of your family. Yoshi has been incredible and has helped make our family so happy. From playing catch with her, to running around in the yard, to going on walks, and even just snuggling with her, she makes us smile and we do our best to make her happy and to feel loved every day too.

Purina #DogThanking YoshiI’m looking forward to watching the National Dog Show on Thanksgiving and I’m excited see all of the cute dog photos on social media under the #DogThanking hashtag. I see there are a number published already. It’s fantastic that Purina is donating to such a great cause.

So be sure to share a photo or post on social media by November 27th, tagging @Purina and using the hashtag #DogThanking to help Purina reach it’s donation goal. The photos already posted are adorable and I’d love to see yours up there too!

I’m excited to offer the giveaway below!

Dogs mean the world to me. They mean love and support and fun. Dogs mean having company on nights you’d otherwise be alone, or happiness on days you don’t feel like smiling. Dogs are friends that never leave and family that doesn’t betray.

I have worked in animal rescue and veterinary care for most of my career and now am the proud mom of a wonderful energetic Jack Russell Terrier who means the world to me. I love dogs!

Hey there! I’m Tesa, the mom behind 2 Wired 2 Tired. The blog got its name because we have two kids born a year apart and my husband, Dave, and I always joked that "the kids were too wired and we were too tired!" :)

Fast forward a bit—now the kids are off to college (how did that happened so fast!) and since 2009, I’ve been blogging through the chaos, coffee in hand, finding the best in family, travel, and tech—because honestly, who has time for bad gadgets and boring trips?

So, whether you're searching for family travel inspiration, tech gadgets, or tips to enhance family life, you're in the right place because the fun (and the coffee) is always brewing around here!
