This time of year I love to look forward to spring and summer. We are in the middle of winter, the ground is covered with snow, the sky is grey, the temperatures are frigid. That’s why I remind myself that spring is right around the corner. With that I’m inspired to start working out. Since I haven’t had a regular exercise routine in a while, I need the appropriate clothing and accessories.
