Vionic Shoes Review

As an Amazon Associate/Influencer, I earn from qualifying purchases.

Recently Vionic reached out and asked if I’d like to receive a pair of shoes for review. I checked out their website. learned about their Orthaheel technology, and immediately said yes!

Have your ever gotten a pair of walking shoes that are the most comfortable, lightest shoes you have ever shoved your feet into? You wear them at every opportunity and love them so much that when an offer comes along to review a pair you are thrilled!

This just happened to me. My new Vionic shoes arrived in the mail yesterday and they are as well constructed and light as my previous pair. When I pull on these shoes I look forward to my daily walk whether it’s for exercise or around town. I love how colorful and trendy they are as well. The pop of color against the black draws a lot of compliments and they coordinate well with my style.

Vionic Shoes

They are exactly what I need for my walking regiment and to participate in the Walkabout Challenge that is co-sponsored by Vionic spokesperson Dr Andrew Weil and celebrity trainer Juliet Kaska during the month of February.

The Walkabout challenge offers great prizes – shoes, credit card gift cards and a grand prize trip to Napa Valley! Vionic has partnered with SparkPeople so that you can join anytime through April.

My shoe the Vionic Motion Venture, contains Orthaheel Technology. This technology prevents my feet from rolling inward, which is a common problem for most people. The Orthaheel Technology provides proper alignment and support. When I slip these shoes on, I can immediately tell the difference in the way I stand and move. Everything seems straighter and my stride is lighter. I am excited to find that I am dragging less at the end of my walk.

The Vionic Motion Venture has a a lightweight mesh which makes it breathable. It also has a rubber outsole which keeps my feet dry if I happen to step in a puddle. Just like all their shoes it has received the APMA seal of acceptance.

The Vionic website is filled with information as to why and how Orthaheels work and whether they would be a possibility to help you.

Vionic stands behind their shoes. If purchased from their website they can be returned during the first 30 days if you are not completely satisfied. A free shipping label will come with your purchase. So why not take a chance? What do you have to lose?

I havent heard about the Vionic brand until now. I like the colors and I am all for walking- thats my preferredway to exercise. I used to be a runner years ago and figured out although there is nothing wrong with running, I just enjoy walking more. It kind of came about because I ran with my dog and the first dog when he got old couldnt run anymore, and we walked. After he passed (from old age) I got another dog but her breed isnt much of a runner and she and I walked when she got to be about 5. I love the way these shoes breath and the Walkabout Tour sounds like a great way to stay motivated and doing something good for yourself.

These look super nice and I love the color! With them being lightweight, I think they would be perfect for my Zumba class. I will have to check out their website. Thank you for the review!

Hey there! I’m Tesa, the mom behind 2 Wired 2 Tired. The blog got its name because we have two kids born a year apart and my husband, Dave, and I always joked that "the kids were too wired and we were too tired!" :)

Fast forward a bit—now the kids are off to college (how did that happened so fast!) and since 2009, I’ve been blogging through the chaos, coffee in hand, finding the best in family, travel, and tech—because honestly, who has time for bad gadgets and boring trips?

So, whether you're searching for family travel inspiration, tech gadgets, or tips to enhance family life, you're in the right place because the fun (and the coffee) is always brewing around here!
