This time of year I find myself dreaming about corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, Reuben sandwiches, and other Irish inspired food. That’s why I decided to put together this collection of 15 St. Patrick’s Day Dinner Ideas. I had to finish the list off with a Bailey’s Irish Cream Non-Alcoholic Coffee for dessert. There’s nothing like sitting down to a wonderful after dinner coffee drink after putting together a delicious Irish meal!
