These Oreo filled chocolate chip cookies are every sweet lover’s dream. I mean honestly, what’s better than a cookie? How about two cookies in one? I don’t know about you guys, but I love a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie, and now you’re throwing in an Oreo?

Oreo Filled Chocolate Chip Cookies RecipeYou better grab a glass of milk and get started! Check out the easy recipe for these delicious cookies below.

Chocolate Chip Cookies Stuffed With Oreos

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of butter (2 sticks)
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 1/s cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 10 oz bag chocolate chips
  • 1 bag Oreos (I recommend Double Stuff Oreos because since they get backed and get soft the regular Oreos don’t provide enough frosting in the middle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Mix together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until combined.
  3. Add vanilla and eggs, mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Cover one Oreo cookie in dough until there is no Oreo showing.
  8. Place it on cookie sheet and repeat.
  9. Bake 13-15 minutes.
  10. Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes.
  11. Enjoy!

I know, delicious right? I’d be lucky if I could get these cookies to last ten minutes in my house! They are an awesome treat and put a delicious spin on the average chocolate chip cookie! I really hope you all enjoy making these cookies and also enjoy eating them!

Um…this is kinda of crazy awesome. My oven has a part on order and I fear that as soon as it is fixed I may make these. What a surprise when guest bites in to find a whole Oreo. Interested to see how warm oreo tastes.

OMG ~ these look absolutely delicious! I can only imagine how good the combination of my two favorite cookies would be. I really appreciate the tip about using Double Stuff, what is the point if you can’t taste that! I wonder how these would be warm with some vanilla ice cream? Might as well go all the way!

These look amazing! I have made brownie cups stuffed with Oreo’s before and they were a hit. But I think these would be better, not to chocolaty. Thanks for the recipe!

Hey there! I’m Tesa, the mom behind 2 Wired 2 Tired. The blog got its name because we have two kids born a year apart and my husband, Dave, and I always joked that "the kids were too wired and we were too tired!" :)

Fast forward a bit—now the kids are off to college (how did that happened so fast!) and since 2009, I’ve been blogging through the chaos, coffee in hand, finding the best in family, travel, and tech—because honestly, who has time for bad gadgets and boring trips?

So, whether you're searching for family travel inspiration, tech gadgets, or tips to enhance family life, you're in the right place because the fun (and the coffee) is always brewing around here!
