The holidays are here and while I love spending Christmas with family and friends, I’ve always thought that traveling someplace new every New Year’s Eve would be fun. A few years ago, Dave and I went to Panama City Beach, Florida for a few days over New Year’s and it was one of our most memorable New Year’s Eve celebrations. We still talk about it often and can’t wait to do it again soon!

We loved that the hotel we stayed in still had Christmas decorations up. It felt like we were on vacation but still in the holiday spirit, which we enjoyed.

Panama City Beach NYE Beach Ball DropIt was so much fun being able to be there and celebrate New Year’s on vacation. Not only is it a great way to relax after a hectic holiday season, but it’s a great way to escape the frigid Michigan weather!

Holiday memories are unmissable whether you are at home or traveling and that’s why I keep DayQuil on hand because I just can’t take a sick day this time of year – there’s just too much to do and too much of the holidays to enjoy!

DayQuil Severe HolidaysWhen you take a sick day you miss out on the things you have to do as well as the things you want to do. That’s why I like to stay stocked up on DayQuil so I don’t have to miss out on the things I have to do, as well as the things I love doing.

DayQuil & NyQuil HolidaysI cherish all of my holiday moments whether I’m at home or away and they are ones I don’t want to miss due to a sick day. Who has time for them anyway?

DayQuil HolidaysI’m sure you feel the same and invite you to share photos of your unmissable moments using the hashtag #NoSickDaySweepstakes on Instagram and Twitter for a chance to win a Canon Rebel T5 & Vicks Product Prize Pack! Be sure to read the official rules here.

Entering the sweepstakes is a fun way to celebrate the holidays and how memorable would that be if you won!

Good luck and happy holidays!!

I love this promotion, we’ve been using Vicks since the 60’s and the newer Vicks for Babies is perfect for adults (me) too

Hey there! I’m Tesa, the mom behind 2 Wired 2 Tired. The blog got its name because we have two kids born a year apart and my husband, Dave, and I always joked that "the kids were too wired and we were too tired!" :)

Fast forward a bit—now the kids are off to college (how did that happened so fast!) and since 2009, I’ve been blogging through the chaos, coffee in hand, finding the best in family, travel, and tech—because honestly, who has time for bad gadgets and boring trips?

So, whether you're searching for family travel inspiration, tech gadgets, or tips to enhance family life, you're in the right place because the fun (and the coffee) is always brewing around here!
