Keep Your Passwords & Sensitive Information Safe With SplashID

It seems lately that we are hearing about one security hack after another. In fact, I received an email the other day telling me that I may have used a debit card at a big name store involved in one of the breaches. Thankfully my bank responded promptly and sent me a new card already, but it got me thinking about how important is it is to keep on information safe whether we are out and about or online.

That’s why I’m excited about SplashID which can keep your passwords and sensitive information safe.

Do you have a million usernames, passwords, and account numbers to remember? It seems like every site requires something different. Sometimes the password has to have a capital letter, sometimes two, sometimes they need numbers, and so on. Obviously to prevent getting your password stolen it is recommended the more difficult password you can come up with, the better. That makes sense but it also makes it much harder to remember everything.

SplashID Password ManagerI like that SplashID points out weak passwords for you to fix them. Some other impressive features include:

  • Free, Native, Secure Apps for iOS, Android, Mac, Windows,  and the Web plus a browser extension for Chrome.
  • Choice of Sync and Storage – you decide how to sync and store your records with conventional cloud sync, local network WiFi, or on-device storage
  • Touch ID Login for iOS
  • Photo Capture – ability to store credit card information using your phone’s camera
  • File Attachments – upload photos, documents, and add notes to records
  • Secure Sharing – safely share records with other SplashID users or even those who don’t use SplashID
  • Automatic Backup Service
  • Web Autofill – fills in usernames, passwords, addresses, and credit card numbers

I found the customizable categories and record types helpful. They make it easier to find the account information you need quickly:

SplashID makes it easy to manage your passwords and other sensitive documents. I was impressed to read that for over 12 years, 1 million users have kept their passwords safe with this service.

SplashID App

Here’s a look at how SplashID makes it all much more manageable and easier:

SplashID Pro is also available and it features:

  • The ability to sync across devices
  • A Security Dashboard
  • Automated Backup
  • Priority Support

SplashID and SplashID Pro are remarkable applications that make managing passwords and other account information easy, simple, and secure. If you are looking for a holiday gift for the techie in your life grab them a subscription to SplashID Pro and know you are helping keep their important info safe.

It’s impossible to remember so many passwords, I’m always having to click on forget password which is so annoying. I just hope no one can hack into this, they’d get everything.

This is very nice and handy to have. So many passwords to remember it is almost impossible.

Hey there! I’m Tesa, the mom behind 2 Wired 2 Tired. The blog got its name because we have two kids born a year apart and my husband, Dave, and I always joked that "the kids were too wired and we were too tired!" :)

Fast forward a bit—now the kids are off to college (how did that happened so fast!) and since 2009, I’ve been blogging through the chaos, coffee in hand, finding the best in family, travel, and tech—because honestly, who has time for bad gadgets and boring trips?

So, whether you're searching for family travel inspiration, tech gadgets, or tips to enhance family life, you're in the right place because the fun (and the coffee) is always brewing around here!
