I love home projects that are DIY. They are fun and a great way to save money. That’s why I’m always on the lookout for great gifts for DIY dads.
A JawSaw was received.
We live in an area with a ton of trees, it seems like anytime we get even the smallest storm, we are outside picking up branches – and some of them are huge. When I say huge, I mean the ones that laugh at your conventional loppers which max out about 2”. I’m talking about the ones that you see and thing “oh darn, now I have to pull out the chainsaw.”
Well, it’s those branches who have met their match! Thanks to the JawSaw from Worx. For the last week, I have been hoping for some heavy winds and I finally got my wish.
This is my favorite feature, the JawSaw simply surrounds the piece of wood and you get to cut that branch with the power of a chainsaw, but it is electric and much safer.
If you watch the chainsaw blade on the JawSaw, it “hides” into the top of the open mouth of the JawSaw. Only when you direct it to, the blade comes down into the middle and cutting the wood with ease.
The JawSaw comes in a couple of different power options, there is the corded and cordless versions with a 20v lithium battery. They are priced at $99 and $159 respectively.
