We just got back last night from a week long family reunion on Seabrook Island in South Carolina. Seabrook Island is just 30 minutes south of Charleston and it’s a gorgeous place. We rented a vacation cottage and were just minutes from beautiful beaches. It was a wonderful trip and we were able to spend lots of time with relatives we don’t see often and we celebrated our cousin’s graduation. She picked the place and it couldn’t have been more perfect and relaxing.

We had the beach to ourselves
Which made it the perfect place to fly kites
The waves were fun and we did lots of swimming
Every morning & evening we went shelling
We found starfish, a stingray, and 300 lb sea turtle tracks!
We visited the Crabbing Dock
There were deer outside our cottage every day
We saw lots of Spanish Moss
And couldn’t get enough of the palm trees
The flowers were beautiful
And so were the sunsets
The boardwalks were long and intriguing
The houses were gorgeous
And the ice cream was delicious
We had so much fun and we were sad to say good-bye but we’re looking forward to coming back soon
