Fall brings some really fun and amazing things; trees are changing colors, football, and brisk air. Fall also is responsible for some not so fun and amazing things; cold weather, rain, wet leaves and more. Gone are the days of being motivated by seeing others outside walking and running in the sun. With the cold weather (and getting worse) that means a lot of people will be taking their workout routines inside. Time to run on the hamster wheel aka treadmill.

This makes me so sad. There is nothing like outdoor running, walking, or in the fresh air, especially compared to doing it inside in the stuffy gym.
I have a solution! adidas outdoor has some incredible gear, which will let you keep your workout outdoors and keep you warm and safe.
Now when I think of adidas, I think of their awesome shoes for soccer, hoops, running and more. However, adidas also has some incredible shoes for working and playing outdoors. Please don’t limit adidas to just shoes either, I have had a chance to look check out their apparel line as well, and it is full of incredible options.
Outdoor Running Shoes
This is the area I was most impressed with the adidas line. There are many outdoor options, and most of them are light, rubber out-soles with incredible grip and a waterproof Gor-Tex membrane. This means your feet will be dry and your grip will be perfect as you run outside in these less than perfect conditions. Whether you are looking for boots, shoes or any type of hybrid, adidas has them!
I was able to review the Terrex Agravic. It is a lightweight trail running shoe, and it will be awesome this fall & winter. In addition to the rubber outsole and grip, this Terrex Agravic also has Boost technology, which provides energy return and comfort for the ultimate running experience.
Adidas outdoor apparel
I was totally amazed at the variety of outdoor clothing offered by adidas. There are down coats, pants, fleece jackets, vests, and much more. They all are functional to battle the elements and look darn good too!
I was able to review the Terrex Hooded Fleece. It has Tecnostretch fabric, which is breathable and allows you to move freely. It is a thinner jacket, but I was amazed that it kept me warm in our most recent upper 30-degree day.
With everything that adidas outdoor has to offer, you need to pick some up. We can be the people running and walking outdoors in the fall and winter. Being outdoors in the cold, maybe we can inspire someone else to go workout and enjoy the outdoors!
