Christmas shopping for kids . . . I have seen lots of Christmas lists from kids the last couple of years and one thing that is always consistent is that they always include video games. Whatever the hot new games are for that season, kids want them!

There are many places where you can buy your video game gifts this holiday. That’s why I was excited to be sent GameStop gift cards. We often shop at GameStop because of everything they offer. We go there all year long, trade in games the kids don’t play anymore and buy new games to play – and you can get some great discounts on used items as well, and they are guaranteed to work great!

This season the kids are super excited about their Wii U and we are going to be heading to GameStop to pick up a new game for them this Christmas. There are so many great options at GameStop, you can get games, consoles, accessories, phones and tablets too.GameStop Logo

What I like best about GameStop is that it is a place for kids and adults too – I admit, I like to pick up the controller and play a bit when the kids go to bed. Here are some of the game options available for both kids and adults & some specials going on.

I think the winner for us this Christmas will be Mario Maker for the Wii U, it is a great game that has something for the kids and adults. I remember playing Super Mario Brothers way back in the day. In Mario Maker you can make your own courses in a huge variety of Mario Worlds based off of previous games – including all of the old ones I used to play growing up. This will be a fun way for parents and kids to spend some time together that will have everyone entertained.
