Happy New Year! It’s 2016 and there are many exciting days ahead. With a new year comes new plans and Dave and I have a lot up our sleeves. I’ll continue blogging (it’s been 6 years! can you believe it?) along with Dave and we also are starting up another business as well. Working two jobs is fun – I like to stay busy! However, it also causes me to wake up at night going over to do lists miles long.
I want to make sure I get enough rest to get it all done as well as to be able to enjoy myself, my time with my family, and the adventures we are looking forward to in 2016. For me, sleep is essential – it makes me feel more productive and excited for the day. So you can imagine that moment when I find myself wide awake at night being the worst. That’s why I keep ZzzQuil ready for those times when I need to get my normal amount of sleep.
I was interested to read that ZzzQuil is a non-habit forming sleep aid that’s not for pain, just for sleep.
My normal amount of sleep is 8 hours. I know, that’s a lot! I’ve always wished I was one of those people who only needs 3 or 4 hours of sleep, but I’ve tried it and if I don’t get 8 hours it’s tough for me to get anything done. We’ve got a lot planned in the coming year and I have found I feel better if I make it a priority to get my normal amount of sleep.
Since the new year brings new priorities, and sleep is mine, I make sure to get a full night’s rest, and for those nights where I just can’t fall asleep I make sure to have ZzzQuil on hand.
