You may remember that we moved to Michigan from Cleveland just over a year ago. We were very lucky and found a house in the perfect neighborhood. It’s in the school district we wanted for Kora & Logan, they have lots of friends in the area, and it’s near a lot of parks and nature areas that we love, without being too far away from shopping, restaurants, or the city.

While we love our house, it does need a lot of work. We are just about to start remodeling and can’t wait! Our layout is fairly old fashioned with lots of walls and doorways. Dave has been looking forward to redoing the kitchen since the day we moved in. He wants to knock down walls, put in new counter tops, cabinets, appliances, and flooring. We’ve talked a lot about how we would fix it up, and while it’s all exciting we want to make sure we are doing it right and are still looking for new inspiration and ideas.

That’s why I’m excited about how you can transform your kitchen with appliances at Best Buy or Pacific Kitchen and Home.

KitchenAid SuiteI’ve been pouring over the Best Buy Appliance Remodel/Refresh page and can’t decide which I like more, the Black Stainless Steel Appliances, the Built In Kitchen Appliances, or the Pacific Kitchen and Home Premium Appliances.

I do know that I absolutely love the look of this kitchen!

Kitchenaid Best BuyThe colors are beautiful and the appliances look amazing! One of the best parts of the Best Buy Appliance Remodel/Refresh page is that Kitchenaid’s collection looks chef-quality without the premium price.

Some of the features of the Kitchenaid collection that we are interested in for our kitchen are the Slide-In Ranges that fit the traditional freestanding cut out for a seamless look and the all new Slide-In Downdraft Range options in Electric and Dual Fuel for more ways to cook. On top of that, the Even Heat Technology means everything cooks evenly (which we need because the stove that came with our house tends to favor sides).

There’s even exclusive Steam Rack and Steam Bake options so your desserts turn out as good as they look in your cookbook or on your favorite food blog. I also would love the Baking Drawer which helps keep food warm and can even be used to slow cook or bake at a different temperature than the main oven.

As for the refrigerator, there is a new French Door Refrigeration Configuration which gives you more drawers. The Five Door gives you lots of flexibility and organized storage and it makes it easier to store food too. The new 36″ French Door Bottom Mount Built In Refrigerator has a platinum interior design. It all feels so luxurious with soft close pantry drawers, new crispers, and platinum interiors with undershelf lighting.

If you are looking to transform your kitchen and are looking for inspiration and chef-quality appliances without the premium price be sure to check out the Best Buy Appliance Refresh/Remodel page. I can’t wait to start on our kitchen remodel and will be sure to keep you up to date on our progress with lots of tutorials, photos, and videos!

Hey there! I’m Tesa, the mom behind 2 Wired 2 Tired. The blog got its name because we have two kids born a year apart and my husband, Dave, and I always joked that "the kids were too wired and we were too tired!" :)

Fast forward a bit—now the kids are off to college (how did that happened so fast!) and since 2009, I’ve been blogging through the chaos, coffee in hand, finding the best in family, travel, and tech—because honestly, who has time for bad gadgets and boring trips?

So, whether you're searching for family travel inspiration, tech gadgets, or tips to enhance family life, you're in the right place because the fun (and the coffee) is always brewing around here!
