Easter is Better with HoneyBaked Ham

Easter is a great day for everyone. People celebrate their beliefs and often gather with family and friends. Also, if you have any little ones, you may be lucky enough to participate in an Easter egg hunt as well. We really enjoy taking time to come together as a family, which is my favorite part of the day.

Honey Baked Ham Sliced Close Up

This post is sponsored by HoneyBaked Ham and gift cards were received.

If you ask my Hubby what his favorite part is, his answer will be a brief and emphatic one word statement . . . HAM. Dave loves HoneyBaked Ham, just the thought of their golden glaze makes his mouth start to water.

HoneyBaked Ham for Easter can be a great and easy way to celebrate with brunch, dinner, or in Dave’s case breakfast and/or a late night snack. We were very happy to have an opportunity to work with our HoneyBaked Ham location in Rocky River, OH, and we put together what could be the makings of an amazing Easter meal. I had to make sure to go to the Rocky River store myself, I can’t trust Dave to pick up HoneyBaked Ham, it will come back half eaten and instead of picking up sides like their delicious Sweet Potato Soufflé and their Green Bean Casserole, Dave would just pick up a second ham and not tell me!

Honey Baked Ham Sweet Potato Casserole

Honey Baked Ham Green Bean Casserole

We are familiar with the honey glazed ham and turkey, but I was pleasantly surprised with the number and quality of side dishes that our HoneyBaked Ham store carries. In addition to the Sweet Potato Soufflé and Grean Bean Casserole, there are many more sides available like Potatoes Au Gratin, Broccoli Rice Casserole, Macaroni and Cheese, Cinnamon Apples and Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

We prepped our pre-Easter feast very quickly, we heated up the side dishes and the ham in the oven and 45 minutes later we were devouring our meal! Both sides were great, but I managed to fall deeply in love with the Sweet Potato Soufflé, their brown sugar, walnut and pecan topping was so good, leftovers will not last very long. The sides are good to serve around 4-6 people and taste fresh despite the fact that they were frozen. Of course the ham was a hit with Dave, Kora and Logan (and the wonderful scents had Yoshi begging at the table).

Honey Baked Ham Dinner Close Up

We are looking forward to enjoying another round of HoneyBaked Ham this Easter. HoneyBaked Ham will help you spend more time with your family this Easter, get out of the kitchen and get into the living and dining rooms and spend time interacting with your loved ones this Easter. Let HoneyBaked Ham take care of the main course and sides while you take care of enjoying yourself on this special day.

HoneyBaked Ham has a couple of specials going on for your Easter dinner, save $5 on any size Half/Whole Ham, $3 off any size Quarter ham, $2 off Sliced and Glazed Whole Turkey, $1 off any 2 Frozen Sides and $3 off 3 Frozen Sides.  Take advantage of these specials and save money this Easter.

We are also promoting a chance for 20 people to win $50 HoneyBaked Ham gift cards to help you plan and enjoy your own HoneyBaked Ham Easter celebration. Before you enter, Dave would like to remind you that HoneyBaked Ham is great for every day, not just a special occasion like Easter, ham is a perfect meal for birthdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays . . . well you get the picture, everyday is a great day to enjoy the slow roasted, sweet and crunchy glazed ham and turkey from HoneyBaked Ham. Your family will thank you.

My family has the Honey Baked Ham for Christmas as well as Easter. It’s Yummo!

I enjoy having it for leftovers! ;)

Hey there! I’m Tesa, the mom behind 2 Wired 2 Tired. The blog originally got its name because my husband, Dave, and I had two kids born a year apart. Back then, we always joked that “the kids were too wired and we were too tired.”

Fast forward to today—those two kids are navigating college life (how did that happen so fast?!), and our house is a little quieter. But the story didn't stop there. Now that I'm a 50+ mom and an empty nester-in-training, the definition of 2 Wired 2 Tired has evolved.

Today I'm wired for new adventures, Disney magic, smart technology, and unforgettable travel experiences and I’m completely tired of bad gadgets, boring trips!

Whether you're a midlife mom looking for the ultimate 50+ Disney World guide, planning a relaxing Michigan Lake Life getaway, organizing a college dorm packing list, or just looking for a killer recipe to enjoy with a great book, you're in the right place.

The chaotic toddler years might be behind us, but the fun (and the coffee) is always brewing around here. Let's tackle this next exciting chapter together!
