We always look forward to trying out the latest and greatest here at 2 Wired 2 Tired. It gives us the opportunity to share the best tech, gadgets, devices, appliances, toys, games, and more with you. Recently Best Buy sent over the GE Top Freezer Refrigerator with Autofill Pitcher and I was intrigued. At first it seems like a very simple fridge, it has a clean look and would fit in well with all types of decor.

The Auto-Fill Pitcher Is Brilliant

Since this is a Top Freezer Refrigerator it doesn’t have an exterior water dispenser, at first I thought this would be inconvenient. I happy to say I was very wrong.

The Autofill Pitcher is brilliant! I’ve never seen anything like it. Instead of hooking up your water line to the water/ice dispenser you hook it to the area where the pitcher sits. Then, after you’ve filled your glass with water and replaced the pitcher on its dock, the water line automatically fills up the pitcher!

Isn’t that amazing?! Now every time you open your fridge you will always have a large pitcher of cold water waiting for you! Take it out, pour a glass, and it fills right back up.

Have you ever noticed how in refrigerators with dispensers, the water never seems cold enough? This isn’t the case with the GE Top Freezer with Autofill Pitcher. Since it sits right in the refrigerator it’s always nice and cold.
