About a year ago, Tired Dad Dave came home with a Walmart grocery bag full of Clear American Water. I had tried flavored waters in past but never really enjoyed their flat taste. So needless to say I was a little reluctant to try yet another brand. However, I’m so glad I did!
Clear American is a line of sparkling waters full of flavor. We like that it is carbonated and zero calories. On many occasions we drink it instead of pop which has helped us watch our waistlines and it satisfies our soda cravings.
Earlier today we took a trip to our local Walmart, which is being converted into a Super Walmart making us very happy!
We headed to the water and flavored water aisles to see what they had to offer. There were lots of different choices but none of these offered what Clear American did – a sparkling zero-calorie flavored water. We found ourselves among a deluge of sports drinks, flat flavored waters, coffee drinks, pop, and there was practically an entire aisle dedicated to plain water.
Once we easily located the Clear American section we were happy to see that it seemed to be quite a popular display. There were a few empty spots but still offered plenty of choices.
It’s a popular drink because it’s affordable, zero-calorie, and it tastes good. With 18 varieties in just the one-liter line there’s something for every shopper.
Our runaway favorite is the Black Cherry.
We enjoy many of the other flavors, but Black Cherry has been a longstanding favorite for both of us. It also seems to be the most popular among other shoppers at our local Walmart because at times it is difficult to find. However, we were in luck this time so we stocked up, grabbed a few other flavors and headed home for our family meal.
We enjoy eating together as a family as much as possible. Tired Dad Dave’s job sometimes causes him to be out of the house in the evenings, so when we do get to eat dinner together we cherish it.
Clear American has been on our dinner table long enough for Kora and Logan to recognize it as one of our favorite drinks.
Kora has had a sip twice in the past out of curiousity but because they don’t drink anything carbonated she wasn’t used to the bubbles and says she’ll wait to try again when she’s a grown up.
We’ve introduced Clear American to other family members as well. Now whenever we visit, we see bottles lined up in their refrigerators and pantries.
We recommend Clear American sparkling flavored water to anyone who likes to try something new, is searching for great tasting zero-calorie drinks, and to those looking for a substitute for soda. It’s a delicious drink that works well at family meals and with the wide variety of flavors is one that can be enjoyed by everyone.
I just want say I used to drink 6-12 cans a soda a night but now that I found American Clear that’s all I drink it’s so much better and really tastes greet and I did the numbers it works out about the same. I guess tier getting really popular cause I have to shop multitable stores just to get different flavors
I love the stuff it is tasty, but it is also a little misleading. My mom is on a renal diet and we have to watch her potassium intake. I was going to give her one of these until I seen the ingredients that list potassium in 2 different ingredients. We would like to know the total potassium in the drink so we could let her try it.
This is literally the only stuff I drink! It’s really good stuff! I like the cranberry grape flavor the most.
You say this water is healthy then why when my fiance drinks one he has terrible cramps in his stomach region? Ever since we switched to your water it has been one diaster after another, now he has to see a doctor to find out why this water is doing this to him.
My new favorite flavor is Fuji Apple Pear with Lavendar! It’s amazing!
I am a huge fan of the Wild Cherry. That’s my favorite…but really haven’t had one I didn’t like. :)
my kids and I drink it and love it! I eliminated caffeine from my diet a few years ago, and this was an easy substitute for my Diet pepsi addiction! Our absolute favorite flavor is key lime.

We love this stuff and FINALLY (thanks to a new manager that listens) have the pineapple coconut at my store! Have you tried it? I don’t see it in your pics! The hubby LOVES it!
Glad you tried it and liked it. I buy it and my daughters (8 and 7) drink it! I’m torn between being annoyed that they’re drinking my stuff instead of theirs… and being happy they aren’t drinking pop.
