As a tech blogger you’d be surprised at the number of questions I still have. Sometimes the very simple things elude me. One of my biggest quandries recently was how to leave a group text. With the holidays coming up group texts have become rampant. Everyone is trying to do all of their event planning, holiday party planning, and more all through group texts.

Have you ever been stuck in the endless chain of a group text? They can be helpful and I understand why people love them, but once they get off topic they start to feel like the dreaded “reply all” in email.

Tech QuestionIn fact, one day last week my phone wouldn’t stop beeping with notifications from a very active group text. It was distracting and making me crazy.

So I called Asurion’s Premier Support for help. I was very impressed with how friendly and kind the specialist I spoke with was. After explaining my question, I was able to leave the group text in just a few clicks. This made me very happy!

It was nice being able to talk to someone on the phone versus trying to wade through a thousand online tutorials. I was so excited about how simple it was to get my tech question answered that I wanted to try again.

I called a second time to ask, “How can I print from my phone?” I’ve always thought printing from my phone would be helpful, but have never had the time to set it up. I made the call to Asurion’s Premier Support and again found the specialist on the other end of the phone to be cheery and helpful. He asked what kind of printer I had and then walked me through the steps of how to print from my phone.

Once again I was happy with the results. In fact I was even more pleased this time because at one point the call was dropped and within a few minutes my phone was ringing and it was the same person I was just talking to. Impressive!

If you are concerned at all that you may feel your tech question is “dumb” or that you normally hate calling tech support for help because they talk over your head – you can erase those fears now.

Help KeyI found Asurion’s Premier Support reps to be pleasant, helpful, kind, and patient. I will be call them again with other tech questions and I recommend the service to anyone who has tech questions, especially this holiday season.

With the holidays around the corner Asurion knows that people will be buying or receiving the latest in tech and gadgets but they may not know how to set them up or use all of their features. Asurion’s Premier Support can help walk you through your tech questions and get you up and running on your new devices without any frustration.

I was interested to learn that Asurion has partnered with the country’s leading wireless carriers and is the leading provider of all connected life services. This includes device protection on the electronics you just received for the holidays like cellphones, tablets, laptops, consoles, and speakers.

Not only can Asurion help protect your latest devices and gadgets with reliable insurance coverage but it also offers Premier Support which is a free service for Asurion customers.

Hey there! I’m Tesa, the mom behind 2 Wired 2 Tired. The blog got its name because we have two kids born a year apart and my husband, Dave, and I always joked that "the kids were too wired and we were too tired!" :)

Fast forward a bit—now the kids are off to college (how did that happened so fast!) and since 2009, I’ve been blogging through the chaos, coffee in hand, finding the best in family, travel, and tech—because honestly, who has time for bad gadgets and boring trips?

So, whether you're searching for family travel inspiration, tech gadgets, or tips to enhance family life, you're in the right place because the fun (and the coffee) is always brewing around here!
