Guess who’s birthday is today? Mine!!
I started celebrating my birthday today by sleeping in. Truly one of the best birthday gifts ever! Kora & Logan were hard at work all day yesterday hiding out working on surprises. There was lots of whispering and shouts of “No peeking, Mommy!!!!” They each were so excited they let slip just tiny bits here and there and it was so cute when they would realized it and would laugh about it. I can’t wait to see what they made!
I’m looking forward to a fun day today. Not sure yet what is in store but I’ll enjoy it no matter what it is. I tossed around the idea of doing a little shopping, can’t decide if it will be online or out and about. I thought it might be fun to spend a bit of time with Yoshi today seeing if I can teach her a few new tricks.
This past year has been fun-filled, fast-paced and full of exciting adventure. We went on a few fantastic trips, did some major house remodeling, and have been enjoying Yoshi. I’m looking forward to seeing what the next year has in store.
Since I love quotes I thought it would be fun to put someone of my favorite birthday quotes together in a collection. There’s nothing like reading a few great quotes to get you inspired for the day, week, month, or even year. Surprisingly it was very difficult to find good birthday specific quotes but I found a few gems about age that I hope to keep in mind in the next year. With my coffee in hand and these quotes to look back on, it’s sure to be another fantastic and fun year.

Happy Birthday! Sleeping is truly a good way to start your birthday. I like celebrating with my kids this year we did just that we took a trip to the beach and had a picnic.
happy birthday. the only advice i can suggest is to do what i have seen other people do and turn your birthday into a way to help others. i have seen people take their age and do that many acts of kindness on their birthday. makes you feel great!
