The app also includes foods to eat and food to avoid as well as step-by-step information on planning meals and creating a healthy grocery shopping list. The workouts include fat burning exercises as well as muscle building workouts. There are even interactive videos along with research backed education.

    8fit is very good! That is my favorite workout app. I also use Fitness Hashtags App on my iPhone to help quickly and easily tag my content for Instagram. That one is also free :) Thanks for this list!

    This is a great collection of apps. I need to take better control of my health and lose a chunk of weight. I’m going to download a few of these. The 7 Minute Workout App and MyFitnessPal sound like a great fit for me.

    These are great recommendations! Will try out some of them once I heal up from the Couch25K app! Blew out my knee on the 3rd day. (This past Sunday!) Been laid up with ice and elevation since then, oh and.. crutches. Thanks hypermobility…

    I have recently downloaded a calorie app and have lost 8 pounds already! It really shows how you eat. I love the idea of the water drinking app now as I still have not been able to get enough water in a day. Reminders and goals always help!
